Virgil E. Eaves Jr., Broker, REALTOR®, has been a licensed real estate agent continuously since 1976 and a Real Estate Broker since 1986.  He was licensed as a Texas Mortgage Broker in September of 2000.  Virgil is a 1978 graduate of the University of North Texas with a  BBA in Marketing with emphasis in real estate. A sixth generation Texian, Virgil works most areas of the real estate business common to rural cities and unincorporated areas. He has been a Bastrop County resident since 1983. Elected Director of the Bastrop County Board of REALTORS® for year 2001, President of the Bastrop County Board of REALTORS® for year 2000, elected Director of Bastrop County Board of REALTORS® in 1998, elected Vice-President of Bastrop County Board of REALTORS® during 1995 &1999, 3 million dollar plus producer in 2000, 2 million dollar plus in 2001, 2 million dollar producer in 2002, and 5+ million dollar producer in 2005.  Virgil was top farm & ranch broker in 2005, as well as making the highest dollar amount sale in the county for 2005.  He was elected twice and served 8 years and at various times as Vice-President, Secretary, and director of Tahitian Village Property Owners' Association, Inc. until moving out of the subdivision in 1997 for more country surroundings in Bastrop County. Virgil served as a County Judge appointed member of the Task Force/Citizens Group to form a Habitat Conservation Plan for an endangered species, the Houston Toad. To get to Virgil Eave Real Estate

From Austin TX, take Hwy 71 East to Bastrop, cross the Colorado River and take the first (immediate) exit to the right and go a half block to turn right again on Guttierrez St.  We're in the second house on the right.  Look for real estate signs.  It is a small house with a rusty tin roof.  The address is 803 College St. (It backs up to College St., which is also the "service road" to Hwy 71) but fronts on Guttierrez St.  The Black rural type mailbox has "803" on it.
